Ethnic-Discrimination Makes Blonde Woman Go Brunette

Someone has finally stepped forward to tell the world what some of us have known for decades: there is an undercurrent of racial hate and disdain directed by liberals toward certain ethnic groups in the West.  Now, one brave woman in California tells the truth about the vicious hate directed toward the fair complexioned minority in her left wing state.

Can you imagine if an Asian woman was told that she should bleach her hair in order to get ahead? What if an African woman was told that she had to have her hair straightened or she would never advance? Anyone would call that for what it is, outright racial discrimination. But, that is exactly what was said to Eileen Carey, a CEO in Silicon Valley.

BBC reports:

"The first time I dyed my hair was actually due to advice I was given by a woman in venture capital," she says.

Carey was told that the investors she was pitching to would feel more comfortable dealing with a brunette, rather than a blonde woman.

"I was told for this raise [of funds], that it would be to my benefit to dye my hair brown because there was a stronger pattern recognition of brunette women CEOs," she explains.

Let's read that again. "Investors would feel more comfortable dealing with a brunette rather than a blonde woman." This remark was made to a woman who is very clearly of Northern European heritage who is just trying to build a career as any honest person would. It just so happens she is working in the very liberal dominated Southern California. 

Eileen Carey had to hide her true identity to "pass" for a darker featured person to advance her career.

"There was a stronger pattern recognition of brunette CEOS."  Wait, wait, wait, a minute. This sounds very similar to something I have read before...

Double Standards and Denial of Biological Science

The double standards that are applied to ethnic-Europeans compared to other races have been felt for years now. And, non-European people have long accused ethnic-Europeans of "racism" if they had difficulty telling people apart within another race.

​Science can explain this very well, it is called the "Cross-Race Effect." And you can read a great overview of it in this article by Real Clear Science. The gist of it is that we are hardwired by nature to recognize our own kind biologically so we, people of all races, have some level of difficulty recognizing differences in other races on occasion.

But, here is the main problem. The minute that any white person, and I have no doubt that this has happened to the majority of readers at least once in their lives, gets two black actors mixed up, suddenly fingers start pointing and accusations of racism abound. 

Now, this is not the same thing as  the "pattern of recognition" that Ms. Carey was discussing, but I am drawing a parallel. There are very real, very scientifically demonstrable problems that are occurring in our societies with ever greater frequency as a direct result of the forced multiculturalism of the past fifty years.  

Many of these are innate human responses. Like all other organisms on the planet, humans are slaves to biology, much as we like to deny it. And what the science tells us more and more as time moves on is that our genetic inheritance affects us more than we can now comprehend. Psychology Today gives a great run down on genes and behavior. In this day and age, it is unacceptable to mock another human being for their physical characteristics - except for blondes. 

Even when that characteristic might be down to the person's own actions, such as weight, it is socially unacceptable and considered not only rude but cruel to do so, and rightly so.

Let's just be 100% real for a minute. We have actual statistics that demonstrate that certain ethnic groups consistently score lower on IQ tests and academic achievement exams. Even when socio-economic advantage is adjusted for, the discrepancy still exists.

But, if we all made jokes about these people's biologically demonstrable lower intelligence averages, all hell would break loose.

Why, then, is it socially acceptable to make dumb blonde jokes? This is done on television, in social contexts, in school, at the university level, and in professional life. Yet, studies have shown, as Ohio State University explains here, that blondes are actually verifiably more intelligent than non-blondes. Increased Discrimination by Liberals Against Higher IQ Asians

Austin Jia told the NY Times about his disillusionment with liberal discrimination against his race.

Recently, Asian-Americans have been trying to bring attention to the fact that they, too, are being increasingly discriminated against by the liberal establishment. While verifiably low-IQ groups who consistently score lower in both their grades and entrances exams are given lower standards of acceptance to universities, some colleges are now keeping Asians from benefiting from "affirmative action" quotas.

​Austin Jia is one young man who explained to the NY Times that high scoring Asian American students are now beginning to feel the frustration that European Americans have been experiencing for several generations now. 

Indian-American Pretends to be Black to Dodge Race Discrimination by Liberal Universities

Vijay Chokal-Ingam pretended to be African when he saw liberal universities discriminating against Asians in addition to Europeans.

Vijay Chokal-Ingam is an Indian-American man who always dreamed of going to medical school. He explains to the New York Post that he had a friend, also an Indian-American, who shared his dream. This friend had a stellar academic record with very high exam scores, but was rejected time and time again. Vijay realized that academic requirements are lowered for African applicants, and so he claimed African-American as his ethnicity on his application. Even though his scores were lower than his friend, who was honest about being Asian, Vijay was accepted with lower exam scores when he claimed African identity.

We can talk about how unfair this is all day long. But, again, let's just be real for a moment. What do you think the ramifications are when we are lowering the standards of acceptance to medical school? Do we really want to be churning out doctors who have lives in their hands when they didn't possess the intellectual capacity to meet the requirements?

The Liberal Establishment Reveals Seething Hatred Toward High Achieving Ethnic Groups

What we can plainly see is that we live in a society that rewards underachievement.

We live in a society which aims to disenfranchise high achieving individuals.

Worse than that, as the vicious and pervasive blonde bimbo stereotype demonstrates, we have an establishment working to cut down, humiliate, and shame people of certain minority ethnic features.

And if you don't think blondes are a minority in the truest form of the word, then you can't see past the end of your nose. 

When a gorgeous blonde haired blue eyed woman has to resort to darkening her hair just to advance in her career because her fair features don't jibe with the "pattern of recognition" of her investors, we have a problem. Can you imagine if a Hispanic professional woman was told "I'm sorry, you don't meet the pattern of recognition, can you try skin bleach?" No? Neither can I. That would be outrageous.
